About Us

Welcome to MindSpace — we’re so glad you’re here.

We’re a team of professional therapists offering virtual sessions to make therapy more accessible and flexible for busy lives. Whether you’re curled up on your couch, sitting in your parked car on a lunch break, or tucked in your favorite quiet corner at home, therapy can meet you where you are.

Find somewhere private, take a breath, and step into your mind space — the place where your thoughts, feelings, memories, questions, and patterns all live. This is your space to gently sort through them. No pressure. No judgment. Just room.

What Is Therapy, Really?

Therapy is your space to explore what’s going on internally – your emotions, thoughts, past experiences, and patterns – and how they show up in your current day to day life.

It’s a place to:

  • Learn tools to better navigate everyday stressors
  • Understand yourself more deeply on an emotional level
  • Build ways to self-soothe and regulate your feelings
  • Get an unbiased perspective
  • Or simply say the things you don’t feel like you can say anywhere else

Sometimes therapy is structured and skill-building. Sometimes it’s processing. Sometimes it’s untangling. Sometimes it’s just having someone sit with you in it. All of it counts.

Our Approach

Our therapists are person-centered and humanistic at heart. What that really means is this: we want to understand your world through your eyes.

We take time to get to know all the different parts that make up your life — your relationships, culture, history, values, stressors, dreams, fears, patterns, and strengths. We’ll gently explore how pieces of your past may connect to what you’re feeling today.

As mutual trust and respect grow in the relationship, your therapist may help point out discrepancies between what you say and what you do — especially when you are not moving in alignment with the goals and intentions you’ve set forth for yourself. These moments aren’t about judgment. They’re about clarity, growth, and choice.

We may suggest different ways to navigate certain situations, offer tools, or leave you with thoughts and reflections to expand your awareness. Therapy doesn’t just happen during the session. The thoughts, feelings, and reactions that come up afterward are part of the process too.

We welcome it all:

  • Journal entries
  • Reactions to sessions
  • Text messages that triggered something
  • Patterns in relationships
  • Conversations with friends
  • Thoughts about an ex
  • Notes from that self-help book you’re reading
  • The “why does this even bother me?” moments

If you like to read, reflect, or do a little “me-search,” bring it in.

Take us through your mind space.

We’re here for it.
