Individual Therapy:

We offer virtual therapy for individuals looking for support, clarity, and growth — all from the comfort of your own space.

Sessions are held by secure video call or phone call, depending on your preference. Whether you enjoy face-to-face connection or feel more comfortable starting with voice only, we’ll meet you where you are.

Each session typically lasts 45–53 minutes.

How Often Will We Meet?

Therapy usually begins on a weekly basis, especially if there’s a lot happening in your life or if you’re just starting to build a relationship with your therapist. Weekly sessions allow space for consistency, trust, and momentum.

As things begin to feel more steady, sessions may shift to:

  • Every other week
  • Every three weeks
  • Once a month

For many people who feel stable, every-other-week sessions can be especially helpful. It gives you time to apply what you’ve discussed, notice what worked (and what didn’t), and bring new thoughts or awareness back into the next conversation.

If your therapist feels you may benefit from more consistent support, they’ll gently recommend it. And if something more challenging comes up and you’d like to increase frequency, that’s always welcomed. Therapy is collaborative — we adjust as your needs evolve.

Who We Work With

We serve all ages. Each therapist on our team specializes in working with specific age groups, populations, and therapy styles. Many also focus on particular areas such as depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, ADHD, and more.

Insurance & Accessibility

We accept most major insurance plans.

For those without insurance, we also offer affordable sliding scale rates to help make therapy accessible. We believe support should feel within reach — not out of it.
